Lamia del Riccio is a holiday villa. This means we can offer you lodging and sleeping accommodation only, not breakfast nor any other meals.
However, we are always at your disposal to make your stay unforgettable and to recommend you the best places to visit, the best shops where to buy local products, the best restaurants, the best beaches and the most exciting experiences to make. Moreover, thanks to our collaboration with several local Agencies, we can help you to find any kind of service you may require to make your holiday experience unique.
Approximately from 10.00 am to 16.00 pm of your arrival date and of the departure of the previous Guests.
We kindly ask our Guests to to communicate the estimated time of arrival in order for us to best organize their welcome and to respect the departure time so that Guests coming after you may find the Property perfectly clean and in order.
We guarantee the maximum discretion of our staff when getting in and out of the Property during the above times in order to ensure the highest level of service. The entrance time at the Property will always be agreed with the Guests, as indicated in the House Rules.
1 quick midweek cleaning for stays of minimum 1 week, inclusive of a small linen change (bathroom linen and beach towels).
1 quick weekly cleaning for stays of minimum 2 to maximum 4 week, inclusive of a small linen change (bed and kitchen linen).
Guests will find all the necessary household linen at their arrival: 1 set of bathroom towels for each Guest (bath towels, beach towels, bath maths and bathrobes for those staying in the trullo Suite), 1 set of bed linen (with bedspreads or quilts according to the season) and table and kitchen linen (tablecloths, kitchen towels, pot holders and placemats).

Guests will find a barbecue and the related barbecue facilities in the equipped outdoor gazebo.
Sheets, pillow cases, mattress and pillow covers, bedspread or quilt according to the season.
Bath towels, shower towels, bathrobes (in the trullo suite) and bath mats.
Enjoy the sun deck near the swimming pool and the beaches near Ostuni.
Tablecloths, placemats, kitchen towels, pot holders.
For families with children Lamia del Riccio provides for high chair, cot, cutlery and crockery. These amenities, included in the Rental Fee, shall be requested when booking. We will be glad to assist our Guests with any more need.
Kitchen appliances: fridge, freezer, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, juicer, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, blender, chopper, electric grill (to be used as toaster), ice machine.
Home appliances: hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.
Lamia del Riccio offers an outdoor laundry with washing machine, clothes horse and cleaning products.
Guests will find all the necessary household and laundry cleaning products.
We remind our Guests that the Property is located in a rural area and we therefore ask to be patient in case the connection is instable. We can guarantee the connection is more than sufficient to check your inbox or to watch the news , while enjoying the quietness and the privacy of your holiday villa.
The Property is equipped with air conditioned and heating. After a day spent discovering the wonderful Apulia, Guests will find the house properly heated or cooled to the perfect temperature.
Heating, gas, water and electricity are included in the rental price.
Each bedroom has its own safe.
We have given in to TVs in the bedrooms… but we think you’ll better appreciate the silence and the peace of these places and the “noises” (if you can call them noises…) of nature! May we suggest you something? These places need to be “eaten”, “drunk”, “walked”, “lived” …. You’ll make us right at the end of your stay!
All bathrooms are provided with courtesy toiletries by Essentia Puglia, a famous Apulian organic and natural cosmetic brand providing the beneficial essences directly from nature, not tested on animals and without harmful artificial chemicals. We have selected for our Guests a collection of shampoo, body cream, liquid soap and body wash made with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and vintage Grapes from Apulian ancient olive trees and the native grape vines of Alto Salento and Valle d’Itria.
The outdoor area includes a large private parking that can be accessed by a gate electrically operated by remote.
The Property’s alarm system is connected to a 24/7 security service.
All the Property (except for the private parking area) is alarmed.
It may occur that something is not working during your stay. Upon your notice, we will arrange to have our staff help you as quickly as possible, so as to make sure you can continue enjoying your holiday.

Lamia del Riccio is designed to be your second home.
Those staying at Lamia del Riccio are our Guests. And like for all good Guests, we are committed to making your stay asunforgettable as possible, starting from the welcome…up to some more nice surprises we have prepared for you!
The Security Deposit, amounting to Euro 750,00, will be paid via bank transfer together with the balance of the cost of stay and the final cleaning and linen change charges.
The Security Deposit will be refunded at the end of the stay (normally within 15 working days from check out) provided that no damages have been caused to the Property or the objects therein.
Guests will be required to pay the tourist tax, amounting to Euro 1,00 per person per night, up to a maximum of 5 nights. The tourist tax will be paid cash at check out to the Guest Relations Manager.
Guests will be required to pay the final cleaning service and linen change charge, amounting to Euro 250,00. This fee will be paid via bank transfer together with the rental fee and the security deposit.
Any extra midweek or weekly cleaning and/or linen change services (not included in the Rental Fee) may be always requested with at least 2-days notice according to the price list that Guests will receive together with the House Rules. These extra expenses will be paid cash at check out.
Any request for a daily cleaning service (at an additional charge) will always be possible, provided they are made at least 15 days before the arrival date.
Any additional swimming pool cleaning, on top of what included in the rental fee, may always be requested at least 2 days in advance and will be charged at an extra cost following the provisions of the House Rules that Guests will receive when booking. Guests will pay cash any additional swimming pool cleaning fee to the Guest Relations Manager at check out.
Not included. The Property is equipped with an outdoor laundry with washing machine, cleaning products and clothes horse.
The rental fee does not include any extra expenses paid by Guests without prior approval of the Property Manager.
It also excludes any extra expenses for services required by Guests that will be paid by Guests directly to the provider of the service.
Thanks to our collaboration with several local Agencies, we can help you to find any kind of service you may require: cooking lessons, shopping delivery service, private chef, tours of the territory, bike tours, massages, yoga lessons, car or bike rental and anything else you may wish to experience.
We suggest our Guests to ask for any extra services when booking.
